Calzados Segarra offers various types of products that have been designed and created entirely by Calzados Segarra.

The minimum age to purchase products through our Website is 16 years.

You can only place orders on our Website if you are a consumer, not a distributor.

You warrant that the information provided to Calzados Segarra in the application or order is accurate and complete.

PURCHASE OF NON-PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

All information on our Website is merely an invitation to negotiate and does not constitute an offer or binding contract in itself. By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products included in that order.

Calzados Segarra is never obligated to accept an order. Calzados Segarra has the right, at any time, to verify orders in advance or reject them without having to provide reasons. If Calzados Segarra does not confirm your order within the next ten business days, the order will be considered rejected.

All orders you request are subject to acceptance by Calzados Segarra, which may reject them at its sole discretion. Here are some examples of cases in which we will not process an order:

(a) The products displayed on the Website are not available;
(b) The customer’s payment has not been authorized;
(c) There are shipping restrictions affecting the product;
(d) The products displayed on the Website contain obvious errors, such as incorrect pricing or description.

Once the order is placed, Calzados Segarra will send you a confirmation email with relevant details such as the order number and details of the requested products, as well as shipping information, unless the order concerns personalized products as indicated in the following paragraph. The acceptance of the order and, consequently, the formation of the sales contract for non-personalized products between you and Calzados Segarra will only occur when:

(i) You receive an email from Calzados Segarra confirming the shipment of the Non-Personalized Products from our warehouse;
(ii) You receive confirmation from the carrier that the Non-Personalized Products are ready for pickup at the carrier’s offices or another location where the carrier has deposited them for later pickup;

PURCHASE OF PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS:

Calzados Segarra will send you a confirmation email once you have placed an order to purchase personalized products. The acceptance of your order and the formation of the sales contract for the personalized products between you and Calzados Segarra will occur when you receive our message confirming your order or purchase request.

The delivered products will remain the property of Calzados Segarra until the owed amounts are fully paid, including the payment of shipping costs, whether they relate to previous, subsequent, or partial deliveries. The buyer will refrain from selling, disposing, or pledging the products before full ownership has been transferred to them.

Minor color and other variations in the products may occur due to image digitization, display technologies, or other technical reasons. Calzados Segarra will not be held responsible for these variations and deviations.

Calzados Segarra recommends paying attention to the washing and maintenance instructions printed on the product labels. Calzados Segarra will not be responsible for any damage arising from incorrect handling of the products, including handling contrary to the instructions.

We cannot cancel your order as we begin processing it the moment it is submitted.

The prices listed include VAT. Prices are displayed in euros (EUR). Calzados Segarra reserves the right to make price and product changes before you place an order.

Calzados Segarra reserves the right to change, limit, or terminate any special offer or discount at any time.

Calzados Segarra will charge shipping fees. Shipping fees may vary depending on each product and type of shipping.

Calzados Segarra will conduct an individual credit check for each purchase in accordance with Calzados Segarra’s Privacy Policy. Based on the results of this check, Calzados Segarra reserves the right to reject certain payment methods.

When you request an invoice from us, or as required by applicable law, Calzados Segarra reserves the right to issue or provide electronic invoices, with the buyer accepting this billing method.

To make our products more personal, you can send any combination of letters, numbers, symbols, and spaces to form a name, a word, or a phrase. We kindly ask you to refrain from using inappropriate expressions, as Calzados Segarra reserves the right to remove any improper words as well as the use of trademarks. Additionally, please note that certain characters are not compatible with our system.

We strongly urge you to abstain from using, uploading, sending, copying, or making public in any manner, or requesting the inclusion of, in your customized products, names, words, or phrases falling within any of the following categories:

Names of products, services, companies, organizations, or events belonging to third parties;
Names or nicknames of famous individuals (living or deceased);
Names, words, or phrases that infringe or may infringe third-party rights, including but not limited to trademarks or other intellectual property rights of third parties;
Names, symbols, or phrases that constitute a threat, incite violence, are defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, provocative, sexually explicit, or are otherwise illegal.

Calzados Segarra reserves the right to reject any name, word, or phrase (or combination thereof) falling within any of the aforementioned categories or otherwise unacceptable to Calzados Segarra, which will result in the cancellation of your order. Furthermore, Calzados Segarra shall have the right to claim damages equivalent to the value of the ordered items.

Please remember that by placing an order for a Customized Product, you:

Declare and warrant that all names, words, or phrases you use, upload, send, copy, or make public in another manner to incorporate into your customized product are not included in any of the categories mentioned above;
Agree to indemnify Calzados Segarra and its affiliated companies and hold Calzados Segarra and its affiliated companies harmless from all costs, expenses, damages, losses, and liabilities incurred by Calzados Segarra and its affiliated companies arising from the use of any name, word, or phrase you use, upload, send, copy, or make public in another manner (including use in your customized product);
Grant to Calzados Segarra and its affiliated companies a non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, disclose, and modify the names, words, or phrases you submit to personalize your order.

Calzados Segarra will make the delivery to the address provided by you within the mainland territory, the Balearic Islands, and the Canary Islands. Deliveries will not be made to Ceuta or Melilla. Calzados Segarra can only make deliveries to residences or offices.

Deliveries will be made on working days that are not holidays in the delivery country or in the area where Calzados Segarra’s warehouse is located. Therefore, we kindly ask our customers to inquire about national, provincial, and local holidays in their place of residence as well as those in the Valencian town of La Vall d’Uixó (location of Calzados Segarra’s warehouse). Also, please note that holidays can vary depending on the country and year. We suggest you check holidays to better anticipate delivery dates.

Please note that delivery periods are indicative and should not be considered strict deadlines.

Calzados Segarra will have the right, to the extent reasonably possible, to make partial deliveries so that you can receive the requested products as soon as possible. These partial deliveries will not incur additional costs. However, if you request delivery in parts, Calzados Segarra will charge you additional shipping fees. Each partial order will constitute a separate sales contract. If Calzados Segarra is delayed in delivering a part or partial order, this will not entitle you to cancel any other delivery within the partial order.

If Calzados Segarra discovers, before formalizing the sales contract, that it cannot deliver the requested products, Calzados Segarra may offer you an equivalent product in terms of quality, price, and function. You are not obligated to accept the replacement product and can return it within 14 days if you wish.

If Calzados Segarra discovers, after formalizing the sales contract, that it cannot deliver the requested products and is not responsible for this situation, Calzados Segarra will have the right to terminate the sales contract. Of course, Calzados Segarra will inform you immediately and refund all payments made.

If you are not entirely satisfied with the Non-Personalized Products you have purchased, you will have the right to return them. To return Non-Personalized Products and receive a refund, please follow the instructions outlined below:

Subject to the provisions of these General Purchase Conditions, you can return the received Non-Personalized Products without specifying any reason within 14 days from their receipt.

If the return occurs after this period, or the item has been used, damaged, or lacks its original packaging, Calzados Segarra will not be able to accept your return, and you will not be entitled to a refund. Returns of items are only accepted if they retain their complete original labeling and this has not been removed.

Please note that Customized Products are subject to special rules, as they are products created exclusively for you. This means we cannot accept their return, except in the case of manufacturing defects. All product returns must be made using the carrier’s return label or any other label that allows package tracking. We cannot be held responsible for shipments to incorrect addresses or lost shipments.

The return of products is at the expense and risk of Calzados Segarra. The products, intact and unused, including their original packaging to the extent reasonably possible, should be returned to the following address:

In the case of a valid return according to these General Purchase Conditions, Calzados Segarra will refund the received purchase price and, in the case of fully returned orders, the shipping costs, within fourteen days from the receipt of the product or the revocation of the sales contract. Calzados Segarra will only be obligated to refund the product once it has received all returned products.

Calzados Segarra cannot control the time it may take for your return to be received, although once received, we will process it as quickly as possible. Therefore, please allow at least 14 days for us to receive and process your return. While Calzados Segarra will refund your money within 2 days from the time the return is processed, your bank or credit card issuer may require more time to process the refund. Once the returned products are received and processed, we will send you an email notification. We will refund the total value of the returned product(s). The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used in the original purchase.

If a Non-Personalized Product is returned that Calzados Segarra considers damaged due to customer action or omission, Calzados Segarra will have the right to deduct the diminished value of the returned product resulting from this damage from the amount that should be refunded. To avoid us having to compensate for the decrease in value of the product due to its use, we recommend not using the product and refraining from any action that may negatively affect its value.

To return a product, please follow these instructions:

1. Make sure you package the items in their original packaging and ensure that all items have their original labels.
2. Complete the required section of the return form and include it in the package.

Since customized products are manufactured exclusively for you, we cannot accept returns except in the case of manufacturing defects. Calzados Segarra does not accept product exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return your purchase for a refund and place a new order. It is only possible to receive a refund for a return if it is done according to our Return Policy.

For Calzados Segarra, quality is paramount. We thoroughly test all our products under real conditions to ensure they are fully capable of withstanding the uses for which they have been designed. It is extremely rare for our products to be damaged or defective. Calzados Segarra has a legal obligation to ensure that its products conform to the sales contract.

Calzados Segarra’s quality control department will inspect the returned products. If the damage is the result of a manufacturing defect or if the product does not meet factory specifications, we commit to refunding the full cost of the defective product.

If the problem is due to causes unrelated to the quality of the material or the assembly process, we will return the product to you as you sent it to us. We do not refund products:

– If they were not purchased from our Website

The lifespan of any Calzados Segarra product depends on the particular use, usage conditions, and wear patterns characteristic of the user. Calzados Segarra will not replace products damaged due to normal wear and tear or that have exceeded the reasonable lifespan of the product.
