How long do I have to return an order?
You can easily return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
How can I return my order (or a part of it)?
- In order to correctly process your return, it is essential to include the withdrawal form duly filled out in the package.

When will I receive the refund?
Refunds are usually made within a period of 14 days and through the same payment system in which the purchase was made. Keep in mind that banks and credit card managers may take a little longer to process the deposit. Why 14 days? Our quality department must inspect all returned products and confirm that they comply with our Returns Policy. Once the return is approved, Calzados Segarra will make a refund in a couple of days to the same account from which the payment was made.
Is it possible to exchange one product for another?
Of course you can exchange one product for another, as long as the reason is justified.
You can also refuse a delivery or return the products you don’t want, get a refund and place a new order.
Returns are subject to the provisions of our Return Policy and do not apply to personalized products.
What happens if my product arrives damaged, is defective or is not what I ordered?
If this happens, please return it to us following the return instructions. If you have any questions, please contact Calzados Segarra customer service.
Remember that you have 14 days to return the product. After this time, returns will not be accepted.
Will shipping costs be refunded to me if I return an order?

If it is a return for a defective, damaged or erroneous product, the shipping costs will be borne by the company in its entirety.
