How much are the shipping costs?

Calzados Segarra charges a fixed rate according to the delivery address, depending on the shipping method you have chosen. The rates (VAT included) are:

Standard delivery (Peninsula) = Free
Standard delivery (Balearic Islands and Portugal) = €4
Standard delivery (Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) = €7
Standard delivery (France) = €8
Standard delivery (UK, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg and Germany) = €13

Standard delivery is free for all orders over:

Standard delivery (Peninsula) = Free
Standard delivery (Balearic Islands and Portugal) = €70

 

Calzados Segarra only ships within the Iberian Peninsula (Spain and Portugal), the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and in Europe: France, the United Kingdom, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Germany.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

The delivery time is 3-4 working days for the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands.

The delivery time is 8-9 working days for the Canary Islands.
Delivery time is 3-4 working days for France.
Delivery time is 4-5 working days to the UK, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Germany.

In sales periods and other promotions, the delivery of an order may take a little longer than expected. When your order includes more than one product, it is possible that it will arrive in different packages and on different days.

Rules and restrictions of our shipments:

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
Due to logistical difficulties when shipping to certain remote areas, we reserve the right to cancel your order and apply additional Terms and Conditions to your order (for example, requiring the order to meet a minimum amount).

If this occurs, or as soon as we detect any difficulty in processing your order, we will send you the corresponding notification.

How long does it take from when I receive the shipping confirmation until I can track my order?

Once you receive the shipping confirmation by email, you must wait at least 24 hours to start tracking by clicking on the corresponding NACEX or ENVIALIA link for the Peninsula, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and through FEDEX for (France, United Kingdom, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Germany). It is the time that the courier company needs to collect your order from our warehouse.

Can I have a delivery address different from the billing address?

Yes, as long as both are in the same country. You only have to indicate each address in its corresponding box at the time of selecting the destination of your purchase.

How do I track my order and delivery status?

Follow the instructions you will find in the shipping confirmation email. It is the mail that we usually send when the order has already left the warehouse. You can check the status of your order using the tracking code that we provided in that email.

The status of an order can be classified as:

Order received: It means that we have received your order but our order management team has not yet processed it. You will shortly receive an order confirmation email.

Order shipped: It means that the order has already left the warehouse and is in the hands of the courier company. With the tracking code* you can follow the journey of your package. If the shipment consists of several packages that correspond to the same order, each package is assigned its own tracking number. Different packages may arrive on different days.

Return received: It means that our warehouse has already received the return of an order (or part of it) that you have processed. We will send you a confirmation email. The refund corresponding to returned products will be processed within 14 days, after verifying that the returned items meet the requirements established in our Return Policy.
